Sis. Techie became the first woman President of the FTCC serving for an unprecedented 3 year term of office from 1998-2000.
It was His Eminence Jaime Cardinal Sin who encouraged the Formation of the FTCC. He assigned Bishop Teodoro C. Bacani, Jr. to oversee the FTCC for more than 15 years.
